The door attendant assist us properly I even ask her if she is Kampampangan but she answers ” hindi po” The line in the buffet table is too long but I never loose my patience because we want to eat Kare-kare and sisig the food is great! I even tasted their new product the pritchon and wanton.. We are only expecting the filipino dishes but now they have so called “Asian Buffet” I have a great experience eating there or wherever Cabalen is. I am regular guest @ Cabalen Clark Pampanga.. I experienced the same thing. Great food, good service! I even Write down to the piece of paper that the waiter gave to us for evaluation.. I even thank the waiter “Chad” for assisting us. But I love to hear what your door attendant saying ” Good afternoon Mam, Sir try our food all time favorite since 1986.. hahaha it so funny and cute… she is very aggressive and pretty!
