AP Analyst (Mandarin Speaking)

AP Analyst Responsibilities:
- Review desk processes and procedures to look for possible system enhancements;
- Spot problems and troubleshoots with assistance of Supervisor or Process Owner;
- Make sure that all outstanding balances associated good receipt/invoice receipt (GR/IR) activity is analyzed and all payable accounts monthly analysis is performed;
- Guarantee that all outstanding balances in the payable accounts are classified and correctly analyzed monthly;
- Make adjustments and corrections as needed;
- Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance;
- Provide monthly fluctuation analysis by vendor/issue;
- Establish, maintain and monitor data related to key performance indicators as a measurement of process efficiency;
- Know the operational aspects of the entire invoice processing system to check the logic and accuracy of all service entries/goods receipts and invoices;
- Provide support and back up to other team members as required;
- Clear AP Balance Sheet line items.

Shell Shared Services (Asia) B.V. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or the equivalent;
- With more than 3 years experience in Accounting and Finance Function;
- Basic knowledge in Process Controls & Compliance or similar field;
- Exposure and knowledge on usage of ERP – GSAP/SAP preferred;
- Should have a strong command in Mandarin Language, both oral and written;
- Highly organized – being able to commit in meeting deadlines;
- With clear demonstration of teamwork, flexibility, change adaptability, initiative, analytical thinking, and problem solving capacity;
- Willing to be based in Makati City.
